In 2005, owner Sammy Perez relocated his family to the Palm Coast area, bringing along his family-owned, customer-oriented style of business. In order to keep pace with the ever changing technology of today’s automobiles, the staff of Sam’s Auto places a high priority on two areas essential to staying at the forefront of automotive evolution: equipment and education. Our technicians have a wealth of diagnostic equipment from manufacturers such as Snap-On, X431, and OTC. Having such resources allows the technicians to pinpoint the cause of a vehicle’s problem, thereby ensuring a complete and accurate repair. This is why the staff of Sam’s Auto Repair is enrolled in a new training seminar each month, either in house or on a remote campus. Staff members have attended courses in Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and even Los Angeles. These classes range from state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures to back-to-basics fundamentals reinforcement, taught by some of the most respected companies in the automotive industry.
