RESIDENTIAL:
Replacement of old Electrical Wiring, Fixtures, Recepticles, Switches, Circuit Breakers, Circuit Breaker
Panels. Rebuild or Replace Pool Pumps, Sprinkler Pumps, SPA/HOT TUB Pump Motors, SPA Blowers,
SPA Heater Elements (Electrical), SPA Control Systems. Install Auxillary Power Systems, i.e. Generators
and Transfer Switches, Solar and Wind Power Systems (Reshingle Roof with New General Electric Shingles
with imbedded Solar Cells in the Shingles - A 10KW System can eliminate the Power Company).
COMMERCIAL:
All the same items as above in Residential with certain exceptions for wiring and equipment protection.
Application Engineering for equipment sizing, and layout. Engineering new power drops from the Utility
Pole to building when required. Change over from Single Phase Systems to Three Phase Systems if
required.
INDUSTRIAL:
Requires Low, Medium and High Voltage Equipment. Installation of Large Rotating Equipment. Alignment and Startup of up to 12,000 HP. Equivalent in Static Power Supplies. Knowledge of converting Submarine
Propulsion Motors (2800 to 4000 HP, 280 to 400 RPM, 414 VDC to 600 VDC) to Industry Applications,
such as Steel Mill Drive Systems, Off Shore Drilling Rigs. Application of High Voltage Substations from
600 VAC to 138 KVAC for Industry, Coal Mines, IN-Mine Power Systems. Industrial Control Systems for
Steel Mills, Paper Mills, Rubber Mills, Navy & Marine Ship Board Controls (Coast Guard also).

SPECIAL PROJECTS:
Built two (2) Over-the-Road Vehicles in the late 1970's following the 1974 Oil crisis. I still have one of them
at my current residence. I had enough parts to build an additional 23 units, but all was lost in the 1980 Miami
Riots as well as $2.5MM in assets. I still harbor the idea of rekindling this Project if sufficient funds become available.
