Home Haven LLC is a unique business, providing our exclusive, customized Proactive Home Management(TM) programs to member clientele who are owner/occupiers of a single family residence. These programs minimize homeowner headaches, while maximizing their free time, peace of mind, and condition of their home.
We offer our members a 24/7/365 personal, single point contact to guide their annual and long term home maintenance planning and response to repair and emergencies. Members may also elect to have Home Haven provide normal home maintenance, or design and complete home improvements or alterations.
Our members enjoy peace of mind understanding that we treat their information and their residence discreetly and securely. All Home Haven personnel and associates are proven pre-qualified professionals holding the proper current insurance and trade licenses for work performed. All Home Haven personnel are bonded and undergo annual random drug testing.
The Home Haven owners are the originators of this concept and have been active in a sister company's development and growth in the Northeast for over 25 years.
