Hello Marlo at Elegant Limousines. My whole family wanted to Thank Your company for helping us make my sisters Sweet 15 birthday a memory to last a lifetime. We didnt think that was going to be possible, we called a Daytona Beach Company and was on the way to put a deposit and the company called and said , we already booked the car to someone else. They knew we were driving from Crescent City and was driving all the way to them to pay a deposit. They turned there back on us but did give us your companies name. Well Marlo you are the kindest lady we have ever met. My mom doesnt speak english and I dont drive and it was hard for us to get to Palm Coast to reserve your limo, but you stayed on the phone for over 1 hr while we tried to find your exit. Well we found you and met you and thank you for meeting with us. When we paid for the car we were paying for a limo, but you brought the Big Big truck , I think Ultra Stretch you said. It was almost as long as my street. You have made such a wonderful memory for our whole family. We saved up all year to book a limo and you gave us much more. The Red Carpet and decorations and Sparkling Cider with personalized glasses were so nice to. Thank You Marlo for making my Mom so proud that she was able to give this to her daughter. You did not charge us extra for the different car , and didnt charge us for 20 minutes over the time. You Said to my mom is Spanish , this is a Happy Birthday to your daughter. You just learned how to say that and it came out a little funny , but my mom knew what you meant to say. God Bless and Thank You again for trying so hard to make a family with not a lot of money , make a dream come true. We will call you for proms now that you said we receive a discount if we call again.:)
