STEVE BARNIER, CPA, CFP

Principal, tax accountant, personal and business financial planning, and asset protection. 

Steve has been a CPA since 2002 and a CFP since 2005.  He has been a managing partner or sole owner of a firm since 2002.  With prior experience as a CFO for a large company, Steve has the ability to incorporate useful parts of a larger corporate system into the business practices of his small business clients.  He insists on taking a comprehensive approach to financial consulting, and truly tries to find the best solution for his clients.       

PAUL SAROTE, EA

Co-Founder, tax preparer, and business consultant

Paul has been an accountant all his professional life with the exception of the four years he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army after graduating from college. In addition to his degree in Accountancy & Business Administration, Paul also holds a degree in Financial Planning.  Paul is an Enrolled Agent, which is a certification conferred by the U.S. Treasury Department on tax accountants who have achieved a high level of expertise in taxation.  An Enrolled Agent, along with CPA’s and lawyers, can practice and represent clients before the IRS.
